Baby is having dry cough from 3-4 days and also got running nose today. I consulted her doctor over phone and he recommended Alex Junior syrup that I had given 2.5 ml before I put her to sleep. Now she is having fever 99.1 deg ( armpit ), not sure whether I can give crocin drops for fever since I had already given Alex Junior around 3 hrs ago

A. you can give Paracetamol drops to the baby if your baby is having fever but the dose is important which is according to the baby weight and you should consult with your doctor once
