If your baby frequently gets cold and cough and is not gaining weight, it could be due to a weakened immune system, poor appetite, or nutritional deficiencies. Ensure she gets a balanced diet with iron-rich foods (mashed dal, spinach), protein (egg yolk, paneer), and healthy fats (ghee, avocado). Continue breastfeeding or formula feeding alongside solid foods. Boost her immunity with hygiene, proper sleep, and pediatric supplements if needed. If weight gain remains slow, consult a pediatrician for further evaluation.
