Q.
Baby is around 5 months old, we always have a practice to let her sleep in swaddle, when she pushes her one arm out from swaddle , she completely wakes up in 2 mins, can you suggest how can we let her sleep without swaddle?

It’s a difficult job because to break a habit or pattern for the child is going to take some time so when you feed your child either you make your child sleep on your shoulder by gently rubbing the bag and then put the child on the bed and then you can rub the bag or you know gently pat the back slowly it is going to be helpful and changing the sleeping pattern of the child
