Baby is 27 months old...I notice 1 or 2 times in a day he has an erection and he said he need to pee...but not doing a drop of pee...this is happening mostly after taking shower in the afternoon...he is generally taking 1-1.2 liter of water per day...peeing 8-10 times...and other time when he erect he immediately touch his private part...I think he is confusing the feeling between erection and pee... what to do?? is this a worry for us?? how to handle such situations??
