Above one year completion you can start giving your baby all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day.
