baby have given stabilize steam suggested by doctor after it baby sound very law is it okay

Author of questionFather of a 5 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. right he has viral infection not cold , baby has running nose, cough, and voice down, might be sore throat too. that's so doctor suggested steam stabuliser, how long voice back normal?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. ya u can give Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
