baby has red rashes at the back of her head. she is scratching it day and night. doctor gave spoo shampoo but no use. what to do?

A. Spoo Is precisely for dandruff issues nothing else it has got nothing to do with these rashes if the rashes are too much then you can start applying Cetaphil lotion on to them but still within a weeks time if the rashes do not subside then it would be advisable for you to consult a skin specialist ones
