Baby has 102.6 fever after vaccine so i give paracetamol medicine but fever still have So what should i do to control the fever

A. The fever can last for 24 hours to 48 hours after a vaccination so continue with paracetamol every six hours and if you do not see that the fever is getting subsided within maximum three months then in that case you should consult your doctor
