Baby got this white patch on her chin. Could you please suggest what could be the issue and what's the solution?

With the picture is looking like the skin is very dry over there and looking like dryness in the skin only but I must also confirm that there would be number of reasons associated with the white patches so you should consult the doctor in the first place to know what can be the reason behind accordingly will assist you with the treatment associated with the problem
