Baby got cold and cough last week so doctor suggested to give syrup... after that he started pooping small quantity that poop colour yellowish with mucus was coming out after days he started pooping green colour ... is it okay or need to worry and I consulted doctor n given some medicine it's already been 3 days but he doing same
