AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Give paracetamol to ur baby as the fever is above 100 F. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. Viral fever can take 3-5 days. If no other symptoms then no need to worry
