They may also need 2 healthy weaning snacks in between (for example fruit, vegetable sticks, toast, bread or plain yoghurt). Remember, your child does not need salt or sugar added to their food or cooking water.

Babies don’t accept solids easily but you have to keep trying and this is the only solution. If you are giving milk all the time then avoid doing it because it kills the hunger and also affect babies appetite. You should just try to get daily routine food to your baby
