Baby girl is 2.6 yrs old,she is having runny nose so i gave her T Minic but after giving it fr 3 days still it has not reduced and today green mucus can b seen..plz suggest some medicine

use saline nasal drops six hrly.
give indirect steam inhalation twice a day
