Baby girl age 1year 5 months After eating food, she does vomting, and continues loose motion

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its kgrnown as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is rehquired if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Don't give them solid foods for about eight hours once they've started vomiting. Clear liquids only. Give babies Pedialyte and older kids should drink sports drinks and just small amounts at a time. Once they can hold food down, give them things like yogurt, bananas, rice, apple sauce, toast.
