Baby girl 2 years and 4 months having running nose for the past 7 days given Maxtra oral drops and somewhat controlled Today she taken head bath.and running nose started and cough also started.pl.advise what to do doctor

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. yes it is ok for now .cough is common in this changing seasin. steam as a home remedy is a good that can be given to babies in a day at home only . For severe cough ascoril LS and montair like medication can be given .

Ou You should actually nebulise your child along with that and also give indirect steam for minimum 3 to 5 days that is going to give you a better result along with the medicines that you are giving so if it is not subsiding yet then it is mostly due to some kind of an allergy that your child is getting frequent cold
