baby gets startled n cries even at small or minor noises and movement in surrounding sometimes suddenly.. is it normal?

A. hi your baby is 4 months old now most of the babies are light sleeper and get aroused by even slightest of noise.you need to avoid any kind of noise by making sure baby sleeps in room away from kitchen and no appliances are running in that room
