baby get reddish in motion flowing area... is ter any pbm and light swelling in vaccinated area when it ll cure????

A. See if the reddish area is there then that could be due to frequent pooping but if the child is passing motion or you can see little bit of redness in that then in that case it could be blood into the poop of your child and the vaccination area can settle down within a day or two
