baby foreskin not removed yet. today I clean his genital there is some white particles. his foreskin is large it's very difficult to clean it. he is 4 years old. how to remove it naturally....

You can get it checked with your Doctor and go ahead with their suggestion if You require you can get the circumcision done also for your child that’s also going to be good enough as of now because a lot of parents prefer getting it done to maintain cleanliness and hygiene enter that area you can just apply coconut oil regularly into that area and try to pull the skin down gently
