baby feeding is good but he is not gaining weight

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete is the most healthy way to gain weight. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month, achieving all growth milestones, then do not worry.
