baby can't poop 1 week so tell me what the problem?

A. Hello good morning !! Yes few new born babies won't pass regular stools (mostly breast feed babies ),if the baby is actively taking feed with no gas,tight tummy issues then no worries until 3-4 days. Here it's been a week,do tummy massage with warm coconut or castor oil for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction .
