baby boy is not not feeding her mother milk. any solution?

Good morning
This can be due to inverted or flat nipples. She can use nipple shield to feed baby.
If the nipples are not flat or inverted then keep the baby head a bit elevated while feeding and put whole of the nipple and most of the aerola in the babies mouth. This will help in easy latching. New born babies can take few days to learn how to latch
