Q.

baby boy is 20 days old and his chest looking like emerged nipples and is too tight is this normal or will be normal if we massage or we have to consult doctor?

A. If it gets normal after massaging and doesn’t become hard as you’re mentioning then it is okay but if it is too hard then if they’re enhancing a little bit then it is better to take a physical assessment with your doctor regarding that
