baby boy 1 yr 6 month old nd suffering from fever nd temperature is 102.8.. plz advice dose of pcm

A. It should be approximately 1.5 ML but more is going to be dependent upon the current weight of your child so I would suggest you as of now give 1.5 ML and repeat it again after six hours and also do sponging that helps a lot and reducing down the temperature
