Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is common in newborn babies It is quite common that in small babies they will be passing motion immediately after taking feeding this is because of gastrocolic reflex present in the babies no need to worry about this as the baby is growing in the age it will disappear

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mam,it is completely normal. young babies have small bladder so it is normal among them to pass stool right after feeding. but if a child feel exhausted , looks pale and doesn't gain enough weight then you must consult your pediatrician.
