ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, what was the birth weight and present weight? Is he still on breastfeeding? Make sure to give three solid feeds and two healthy snack. Foods like sweet potato, banana, egg, sago etc helps with weight gain

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians' suggestion before you start any of these foods.
