bab6 not eating properly .. only some foods she like... not gaining weight #AskTheExpert

A. Hello include all family food freshly prepared at home include all food groups comprising cereal and grains dal legumes include all seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables cut down sweets and fried foods encourage daily physical activity along with diet

Hi mom Make meal time fun with toys and story telling Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products Give adequate water Take a good care of your baby Offer different varieties of food In different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting Give some light food liquid food like khichadi curd rice etc
