Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. no do not give any antibiotic by yourself to the child in fever does give paracetamol and according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
