I would also suggest you that you should go ahead by taking a homeopathic treatment for the child your child is quite outgrown for the treatment where in it is going to be really slow but it is definitely going to Help along with that shift to gluten-free diet and try to engage your child into more of activities which are all the Best of practical knowledge

give activities that enhance your child motor , congitive and social skills
for example
building blocks , puzzles , pretend play set etc
spend quality time with your child.
