Q.
at what time of the day should I take Iron tablets? currently I take it in the evening but it causes a lot of nausea and vomiting and sometimes disrupts the night's sleep.

Then you can take it in the morning see there is no fixed time for you to take this tablet you can take them as per your convenience just that do not take any to supplements at the time same time that’s what you need to take care of rest you can take it in any time of the day as per your comfort
