at what time of day iron drop is given ? I bought it last month but did not start it as doctor advised to start it after 9 month. Now I forgot the timing and doses. Currently: a2z is being given at day time and d3 at night time. Please suggest if possible.

A. There is no timing for iron drop you can give it any time in the day but if you’re giving more than one supplement in a day then try to maintain a gap of at least 4 to 5 hours in between two supplements that you are giving so as of now you can give it any time or evening as per your comfort
