POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. We don't recommend offering dates as a first food to your baby. But between six to 12 months, when they've had the chance to practice and perfect their chewing skills, you can add finely chopped dates to their food now and then, so that they can enjoy the health benefits.
