at what pace and amount should I introduce cow/Buffalo milk to my baby? my peds have said I can introduce her to Buffalo milk at 6 months but others are advising to wait till 1 years. I'm conflicted.

desi cow a2 milk can be given
please dont use Bufflao milk
bufflao milk can be given after her age of year of age
take sunbathing daily
