At what age we can introduce dates for babies???

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. As baby is now nine months old so you can introduce dates to tue baby either give one seedless date to chew and eat or rise naje a paste of fresh dates and add in sweet meals and store in air tight container

yes but in moderate amount first then gradually increase
you can use dates or dates syrup as natural sweetener
