At what age should we give dairy milk to our child?

A. Giving dairy milk is totally optional and definitely not mandatory. It can be introduced initially in small quantities once child has turned 1 years old. Start perhaps with 30ml and can be gradually extended but not exceeding 400 ml daily including of dairy milk and all dairy products.

Hi mommy Avoid sweets and chocolate Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Wash hands often Maintain hydration Stay hydrated healthy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
