kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months..
keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums, swollen and hardened gums

Teething will happen until 18 months. It depends on each baby. Give more fibre and calcium rich food. Gently massage on the gums with your fingers. Expose the baby to sunlight for about half an hour in a day.
