ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. it is absolutely normal for babies to not pass motion even up to 1 week sometimes and because they don't pass for that much time there will be foul smell in the poop naturally

RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. If Better that you get it checked because most of the times constipation is considered normal but if you are saying that your child is having a really foul smell in the motion and it is creamy in texture than it could be due to some infection as well
