at 28week scan the baby unilateral ventricle size is 11mm is it self limiting or what ...and after 15days i repeat the scan it's stable

Q. hello doctor... during my 12th week I had my NT scan and blood test... the results were normal and blood test shows as low risk... but now I had my 20th week anamoly scan.... it shows that " The face profile has non ossified nasal bone" ...
