Assalamu alikum Dr. my child has 2yr8m old she has problem about digestion,she eats good but she goes porty for alternate days and some times in 2,3days she goes once

A. Hello the main cause for this is constipation and it happens when you are not giving your baby fibre rich foods ,also you need to stop giving your baby bakery products like biscuits,cakes etc and maida products should be avoided also,and keep your baby hydrated and give lots of liquids and water.
