SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, every day massage with coconut oil and give bath coconut oil helps in body growth and also keeps the skin moisturised. Make sure to give five semisolid feed in a day. Make a timetable so that you can cover all type of vegetables and fruits. For example
8 AM-porridge
11 AM-any vegetable purée or fruit purée
1 PM-Khichdi, Dal rice
4 PM-any fruit juice milkshake
7 PM-dinner Upma, Idli, khichadi. In between this you can also give fresh fruit juice made at home without sugar and salt, coconut water and always give lukewarm water by feeding which helps in Good digestion. And always feed in sitting position Write Your Answer Here
