#AsktTheExpert My baby is only 2 months old... Removing saliva alot... Is it becoz of teething. I just something white on his gums...can it be a tooth coming ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby is only two months of age saliva coming may not be related to the teeth Eruption of teeth is a physiological process baby will not have any Feverr and loose motions Please massage the gums with your finger apply dentogel on the gums of the baby
