Yes your blood sugar is slightly high as in pregnancy the fasting blood sugar should be around 90 but yes reading in glucometer is always slightly high still have a healthy and balanced diet
The diet should contain more fruits vegetables, whole grains like wheat aata, jowar, bajra, ragi, oats and daliya, daals and beans and sprouts, milk and milk products
Eat less or reduce the quantity of sugar and sweets in the diet
Have small and frequent meals
Go for small walks if not adviced bed rest
Also once get your blood sugar checked from a pathology
