papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation.

the first and best remedy for this is to maintain proper hydration throughout the day.
make changes in diet like offer two portions of fruits and 3 portions of veggies in diet.
prepare prune juice for a child ,it will work as natural laxative.
Stop giving milk for now
prefer natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk,lassi etc for your child.
Encourage your child to do more movements and physical activities.
