Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. no med for thesmall baby . Baby may not motion daily with no any problem in this . Usually baby passes motion in 2 to 3 days or can take longer . If it's more than 7 days then can use glycerine suppository for this .

Constipation is normal in babies below 6 months no need to worry if baby is active and taking feed normally, without gas, tight tummy discomfort..Do tummy massage with warm oil (Coconut oil or castor oil) gently massage for 5-10 minutes in clockwise direction with fingers.
