Q.

#Askthexperts my baby boy is now 14 months old and till now he has not a single tooth..is this a sign of calcium deficiency or it is normal? and what is the proper weight and height for his age

A. There can be multiple reasons for delayed teething and one of that is deficiency in calcium. However, if you are certain that your baby received proper nutrition from breastfeeding or formula feeding, then i don't think calcium deficiency is the issue. Heriditary is Another more common cause for late teething please consult pedo dentist

A. Delayed or late teething is normal these days and not a cause for concern until your baby is 15 months old. If the delay is longer than 18 months, you should consult a pediatric dentist.
