#Askthexperts how to start solids to 6 months old baby.....i gave daal pani and khichdi 20 days back and since then she is constipated even though i stopped and continued only milk feeding... she passes very hard stool...what could be the reason

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist4 years agoA. hi mom as of now give only liquids like rice dal water gradually give other foods introduce one food at a time you should eat good, protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well
