#Askthexperts Hi, Can I feed dry fruits to my 18 months son ?If yes ,what all dry fruits are preferable?and In what quantity?

A. hi yes , ofcourse you can offer it. you can give almonds , cashew, pista, walnuts,fig ,dried apricots etc you can prepare it's powder and add it while making food like sheera , porridge etc for your child. you can also serve full cream milk with dry fruits powder which is best in winter season.
