Q.

#askthepert My 3 month old baby boy sleeps very less. The average sleeping hours are 14-17 but he doesn’t sleeps for 10 hours also. Through out the day he is awake. He doesn’t not feel tired also. What would be the reason? Is it normal to be awake this long?

A. sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and sleep hours and it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilize. if overall the child is play full and is well responding then do not worry about the hours of sleep and they will not have any problem.d (please note if sleep is inadequate then growth will not be proper so if growth is proper then no need to worry about sleep)
