#askthepert My 11 month old baby is not gaining weight and also not sleeping well throughout the night, inspite of having good bedtime routine and wakeup window still he is not sleeping well and because of that he is not gaining weight also. Please suggest something.

Pattern would vary at times , these are just phases, make sure the baby is well given a filling diet , and also enough gap and playtime before sleep, massage them a little to ease their body
