#askthepert Here I’m sharing my 13 months old baby daily routine, he gets up in the morning around 8 to 8:30, have breakfast plays takes bath and his first nap is somewhere around 11:30 to 12, here the nap last about 1.5 hrs, he gets up around 1 to 1:30 have lunch plays snacks and then takes his 2nd nap around 4:30, here also the nap last around 1.5hrs. He gets up at 6 pm have snacks plays dinner and bedtime is around 10:30pm. Here he sleeps solid 3 to 4 hrs at a stretch and then the awakening begins. He has never slept throughout the night, now the night feeds are gone. My actual concern is his sleep. He doesn’t sleep properly at night. Multiple night waking is there. What would be the reason. It’s almost every day it’s happening. Please please somebody guide me if im going wrong somewhere. Please I really need help.

A. Hello my dear parent! You can gradually reduce morning nap so that your child will actually feel tired by evening and sleep in a stretch. Also ensure that your child is given a well balanced, healthy diet and hydrated all day. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
