#askthepert Can anyone please share daily routine of 7 months old baby?? At what time should they go off to sleep at night?? What is the total sleeping hours in 24hrs ??

A. hi well , as all babies are different ,they have their own feeding and sleeping pattern it may vary from baby to baby so ,personally i believe that instead of following specific time table , it will be best to follow child 's requirements if child is happy ,healthy and active,it means he or she is well adjusted with the routine which you follow for him or her.
